No it is mostly EDTA metals that will be available right away for plant absorption. Organics is mostly hype I have yet to see actual evidence of benefits concerning "chemical" vs "organic" nutrient programs most people do not realize anyway that when they are using "organic" nutrients, they are often using "chemicals" to feed their plants.
